Food Stations

A theatrical option that allows guests to visit when it suits them, food stations are perfect for themed events, functions in outdoor spaces and events with a fun / interactive vibe.

All our stations are fully styled to fit the theme, and include all equipment required to put on a real show!

 

Recommended formats:

Mix it up | pair your Food Station with our canapés starter package (4 canapés)

Full meal | each Food Station portion is a ‘light meal’, so we recommend 2 for a full meal

*For parties with 80+ guests, we always recommend 2+ stations to avoid big queues.

Hola Taco Bar

A Mexican inspired street taco fiesta! Corn tortillas are heated up on a griddle as our chefs make up tacos on the spot for your guests to pick up. Consider 3 tacos per person.

Served up with house-made corn chips, a big bowl of guac, and chilli sauces for all spice levels.

Three choices of tacos:

Pasture-raised pork, carnitas style

Roasted cauliflower, chipotle & lime

Roasted seasonal veg, guajillo chilli spice blend

Toppings: white pico de gallo, red cabbage salad, pickled onions, coriander, typical salsa verde and salsa roja, lime wedges. 

Dietary options: VN, GF, DF, NF

*At the end of the service, our chefs can wrap up any leftover toppings into burritos and put out in compostable takeaway containers for your guests to take home =)

Paella Fiesta

Traditionally, paella is all about uniting people and no waste, a philosophy we deeply embrace. We cook ours with local and sustainable produce in a large pan, carefully managing the heat to create the perfect 'Socarrat' - that crispy bottom! Consider about 200-250g per person.

Aussie mussels, Spencer Gulf King prawns, pipi clams, wild Southern calamari, pasture-raised chicken thighs, classic bomba rice, premium saffron threads & Spanish smoky paprika.

Served with saffron aioli and lemon wedges.

Dietary options: GF, DF, NF - *VN (available upon request)

**At the end of the service, our chefs can pack up any leftovers into compostable takeaway containers for your guests to take home =)

Pasta Bar

Mangia che te fa bene! We’ve consulted our beloved nonnas to put together this delicious Italian experience. Two choices of pasta are cooked up to order as guests help themselves to toppings. Consider about 200g-250g per portion.

Served up two ways:

Homemade cherry tomato passata, confit garlic, basil, black olive & fried capers

Creamy cacio e peppe, served with pecorino & garlic pangrattato

Toppings: basil, fermented chilli sauce, grated Parmigiano Reggiano.

*we can offer vegan and gluten free pastas upon request.

Seafood Bar

A fresh and fabulous display of sustainably sourced seafood, following our commitment to the GoodFish Sustainable Seafood Guide (read more here). Our chefs will style this up on large trays with ice, ready to be picked at by your guests at their leisure.

Freshly shucked Oysters (NSW coast), served on trays with ice or rock salt, lemon cheeks, and sea vinegar & eschalot mignonette (2 pieces p/p)

King Prawns (Spencer Gulf, SA), house cocktail sauce (2 pieces p/p)

Crab meat (NSW) rolls in brioche buns (1 piece p/p)

Preserved baby Octopus (Venus Bay, VIC), served with seaweed & edamame salad (30g p/p)

Accompanied by our house-made long water crackers.

Bacon & Egg Rolls [brekkie]

Your go-to for post-wedding recovery brunches. Crispy bacon, freshly fried eggs, warm bread rolls, all cooked up to order by our chefs. Pasture-raised bacon and eggs, obviously.

Pasture-raised bacon and eggs, charred halloumi as a vegetarian alt, ciabatta bread rolls, tomato chutney, aioli, dark greens.

Accompaniments (for a healthier vibe): chunky avocado & sumac dip, seasonal fruit platter, house made toasted muesli pots with coconut yoghurt & seasonal fruit compote.

Raclette Station

A deliciously indulgent and heart warming station. The smell of this melting, charred up classic French Raclette cheese is just out of this world! Our chefs will grill and scrape the melted cheese right onto freshly sliced baguettes and any toppings your guests might feel like. Consider 2-3 serves per person.

Premium French Raclette cheese melted to order on our Raclette machine, selection of thinly sliced charcuterie & ham, freshly sliced rustic baguettes, house pickles, cornichons, radishes, seeded Dijon mustard, fermented chilli sauce.

An excellent choice for the winter months.
